 Annual Declaration Submission Information

The following details apply:
1. Deadline:
- The deadline for submitting the annual declaration form is November 30, 2024.
- The form can be accessed via AICIS Business Services.

2. Introducer Categories:
- Introducers must select the appropriate category that applies to their introductions, such as:
- Listed introductions:
> Exempted introductions
> Reported introductions
> Assessed introductions
> Commercial evaluation introductions
> Exceptional circumstance introductions

3. Exempted Introductions:
- Introducers who introduced chemicals in the exempted category must select all the applicable exempted introduction types in their declaration form.
