Cannabis and industrial hemp license holders in Canada must submit various reports annually to Health Canada and the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA). These reports cover key investor details, revenue, pesticide testing, and more.

  • -Required reports include:
  • Investor information and promotional expenses
  • Cannabis revenue and research activities
  • Monthly tracking and health care practitioner reports
  • Pesticide testing results, loss/theft incidents, and adverse reactions
  • Import/export details

Reports are submitted via the Cannabis Tracking Licensing System (CTLS) or email, with specific forms and attestations. Health Canada independently verifies certain reports, such as exclusive medical sales, using CTLS data and revenue statements. Additional reports on pesticide violations, loss or theft, serious adverse reactions, and import/export activities must be filed within set deadlines.
