UK REACH Fees and Charges Update 2025

The UK REACH regulations have been updated to revise fees for registration submissions, updates, and PPORD notifications.

• Registration Fees: Regulation 4 increases standard fees for new registrations.
• Update Fees: Regulation 5 adjusts costs for updating registrations.
• PPORD Notifications: Regulation 6 raises the standard fee by 58%.
• SME Discounts: Fees are adjusted based on business size, offering reductions for smaller enterprises.
• Authorization Fees: Regulations 7 and 8 increase standard fees by about 22%, with lower rates for SMEs.
  
  These changes take effect on April 1, 2025, across the UK (England, Wales, and Scotland), following consultations with Scottish and Welsh Ministers. The updates consider the consumer price index and HSE costs.
